Morning all,
This summer I’ll be transitioning Derek to handle all of the Dean’s Office, UG lab and CBM devices. Now that we’re back in person, sort of, I can now complete the process to pass on my domain knowledge to Derek on how things are done at Forestry. Come September, helpdesk tickets will be solely handled by Derek.
